Please check that you have entered all details correctly. You should also make sure that your card has not expired, is not reported as stolen and the deposit that not bring your account to being overdrawn. If a debit deposit has been reversed , the EC-card can no longer be used. Due to security reasons every card at beatya.com can only be used for one player account. If the credit card has been used for a previous account, it will be rejected on an additional player account. This is indicated by an error warning. PayoutsHow can I receive a payout from the player account?Money from your player account can be payed out by clicking „My Beatya“/"My account" on "Payout wins" from the menu. Please fill out the payout-form (please note that entered details must be correct to proceed with the transfer). The amount to be paid out will be debited immediately from the player account and transfered to the specified account. Generally it takes less than 7 days for the money to be credited to your account. For reasons of legality and for your security, a copy of a valid photo ID is required by BeatYa via email or fax for the first payout. Is there a minimum amount for payouts?The minimum amount which can be paid out to you is 15 Euro. Do I incur any costs when receiving a payout?Unlike most competitors, there are, as a rule, no fees for payouts at BeatYa. Only if you receive more than 2 payouts per month, Beatya will charge an administration fee of 3 Euro per payout. Can I receive payouts of my money at any time?Yes.
